Our family is on a search to discover the best pizza delivery on the NW side. We ordered a large sausage, mushroom and artichoke heart, a small cheese and an order of cheesy bread-sticks. After about 45 minutes it arrived smelling wonderful. Our driver was pleasant and courteous. The good: the cheese, fresh mushrooms, spices and sausage were delicious it was one of the best actually that we have had. The pizza isn't too loaded making it impossible to eat and the hand written notes on the boxes telling us to enjoy were a terrific personal touch. The meh: the artichokes were really small, more like occasional pieces of leaves vs. nice hole or halved hearts that we were expecting. They were good but scarce. The disappointing: The crust. The crust looked awesome, it smelled awesome, but it was soo tough, like beef jerky, chewy tough. It may just have been over worked dough but it was a huge let down because the rest of the pizza was so lovely. Similarly the bread-sticks were also very tough. No one in my family enjoyed them. They had melted cheese on them but there was no color just white melted cheese it didn't look like it had gone through the oven but just somehow had been just melted on top. They were dense and had an odd consistency. My kids normally consume their body weight in bread sticks but neither finished the one they took. If I could leave 2.5 stars I would, as we did enjoy the flavor and the kids enjoyed their cheese pizza (sans crust). I would order from them again just to see if perhaps the tough crust was just an instance of overworked dough but we'll refrain from the bread-sticks.

I love this place, everything from their pizza's to salads to their spaghetti and meatballs (my favorite)! Last time I ordered from them, I got the D bread. Not only is everything soooo yummy, they have good size portions and you can tell they make it all with love. Good job Chip and Rose!!

Cashier seemed friendly. The wait time in my opinion for the pick up was a little long. However it was worth the wait. The pizzas and breadsticks were very good and generous in size. In fact a sign near the register warns about the prep time. FYI the actual wait was 45 minutes which is no big deal in the end. Everything just seem to move slow even for a small shop on the quieter part of town.
